Mitsubishi Delica L400
We bought this Delica a year ago from Love Campers in East Sussex, where it was converted. We were its first owners as a camper. Prior to this it was imported from Japan. The original manuals are in Japanese, however, I found and printed out a very useful and detailed English-language manual, which was created by a Delica enthusiast. These vans truly have a strong cult following!
We are very reluctantly selling because our family is growing and we need a “sensible car”. We’ve only used the van lightly but the trips we have taken have been a dream. Despite being small, the conversion has virtually everything you need for any kind of trip and “inside” space can easily be extended with an awning. It is extremely comfortable to drive long distances (speaking as someone with lower back issues). It has also served us well as a day van and mobile office. Very sad to see it go!
