This is a five gear manual diesel van which has previously been a works van. Converted into a camper by the previous owners.
The cab is very basic but does what it’s supposed to. There are 7 belted seats in the double cab!
MOT until September 2025.
We bought this van to take advantage of the extra belted seats and all the spaciousness inside but sadly we don’t have the time to complete it – usual story!
We haven’t touched it since we bought it from the last owner who was almost finished with the conversion.
There is a leisure battery and lights, switches, USB plugs.
The bed and seating areas are all completed and in excellent condition and fit for purpose. This would suit a family or a single person or couple as a live in once the work is done. There is so much space!
The kitchen is basic with a water pump and countertop gas hob with the gas storage on the back porch. This could all be improved with underslung waste water tanks and a built in hob/oven.
There are lots of shelves under the kitchen worktop and space for additional shelves/cupboards to be added on the wall.
A large cupboard can be used as either storage or as a toilet cubical with a composting toilet box or portable toilet.
There are two large windows which are fully functioning and a stable door at the back of the van which can be covered up with roller shutters.

There is a kingsize bed over the top of the cab with a ladder up from the main seating area.
The seating area turns into a double bed and there is a small single that can be put in above the double which would be suitable for a child up to roughly age 9/10.
