Rare Early VW T25 Dehler Profi Caravanette

1984 Left Hand Drive Automatic 1.9 Petrol Engine , imported from Portugal in 2008 with 1 previous owner it had 162,21 miles on the odometer which i believed to be true when i purchased it as documentation from Portugal and previous MOTs show mileage as verified , V 5 shows former Keepers as 2, i have been the lucky owner of this van for 13+ yrs and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute but with lack of use averaging less than 2/3K per year it is now time for someone else to take ownership of her as all VW enthusiast’s know these have to be driven ,
The original colour was bronze over cream but being in the Portuguese climate it was bone dry with no rust but sun bleached so i named her COCO , she has since been painted 4 yrs ago to its current colour scheme of Orange over white,
i have a portfolio of services some done by myself some by the local garage , i have always changed the oil every 12 months or 3000k , including plugs filters and fuel inline filters, Auto Transmission filters etc, recent Mot at 260,747Km, on 15/02/2023
Works completed in reverse order as follows ; 4 new 185/65/15 Falken Tyres replaced upper lower Front Ball joins and bushes , underseal 2022 new tinted windscreen 2022 upgrade front lights and wiring loom CW SA Grille twin lights plus fitting ,Slaughterhouse Customs , SS Exhaust JK Fuchs style wheels JK , new bumpers 2021Alan Scofield’s , new rear seal and nr side window seal replacement ,Big ear L35Mirrors , reupholstered 2012 ,2018 repaint ,Skylight fitted 2012 Quality Pioneer stereo CD player and speakers other work done too numerous to list no rust underneath , Bad bits as follows ;
Some paining required were overspray has penetrated the inside of back tail gate and vents nothing major , minor rust on front above bumper bubbling and along roof rails were roof joins body again nothing major , interior lights need refitting as i haven’t got round to it after repaint , cool box obsolete , cooker working , minor scuffs on back quarter panel , Drives and runs excellent agreed valuation £13,500 She really is a rare Camper , i have only ever seen 2 others in the UK of these early T25 ,she is priced to sell which i think is fair allowing for the work required
