The van drives very well, and we have found this model to be economical on fuel compared to other vans of this size that we have owned. There is part service history, with a full service done in January and an MOT until November 2022.
The van has had 3 previous owners including ourselves. The body work is in a pretty good condition, other than a few scuffs but nothing major. The cab seats are immaculate as they have always had covers on them and the rest of the cab is nice and tidy.
In the rear there are two side windows, one fixed and one sliding. Included in the sale are Rhino roof bars.

As seasoned van-dwellers we wanted to create a well-thought out space featuring what we think works best in a smaller van conversion, from our own experiences and previous van builds.
This is a brand new conversion, with a neutral but homely vibe with some beautiful bespoke touches.
The van has been well insulated and sound deadened to keep the space cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
In order to fully maximise the space, all units have been hand crafted to a high quality and feature solid oak worktops for a luxury finish. There is plenty of storage for pots, pans, food and clothes, bedding etc.
We love this layout, as the L-shaped sofa, which pulls out into a bed, is extra comfortable for lounging on during the day, and provides plenty of space for hanging out.
The kitchen includes a two-burner hob and sink, with a tap which works with an electric pump. Within the unit, there is a 10L fresh water container and a 10L waste container, and a Campingaz 904 gas bottle, and gas drop out vent for safety.
The 12V electric system includes a 105 Amp AGM Leisure Battery which charges whilst driving through the Split Charge Relay. There are two USB sockets suitable for charging phones and tablets etc.
