Renault Master Camper - Cornwall - UPDATED (New additions/Kit)

Fully insulated & self-sustainable solar power system (both 12v car & 240v mains plug available): 2x 100w Solar panels on roof, solar extractor fan and fiamma roof vent/skylight, custom tinted side window. No leaks, warm and dry.

Double bed, kitchen with SMEV 3 gas hob & electric running water through a 12v tap. White Farmhouse sink, expensive Oak worktop. Seating area for two & fold out table (bit like a train table seat) with 2 mains plugs. Space for an indoor shower just ran out of time/desire. Solar extractor fan installed above for that purpose though.

Designed for off-grid living, hence the power potential and NATO green colour. Hide away in lay-bys and rural areas with far less disturbance and attention. Also being a custom spray you can add to it when wear and tear/bad weather affects it – can give more detail on that on viewing.

Bought in spring 2020, spent well over £4k doing it up, plus over 3 or 4 months full time converting and then ad hoc since. Had it valued as an empty white van at £3.5k as part of company asset valuing, plus the £4+k kit cost, MOT’s of over £1000, servicing and 3 months full time converting and recent van market we’re on around at £10.5k Selling due to lack of use – I’ve moved to where I used to travel to & hasn’t really moved since it’s recent MOT – time for it to go.

It’s been resprayed once and touched up last year, could do with a few more in spring but that’s the benefit of the paint/colour – any scratcheds (tight Cornish hedges!) and you can fix. Easy to do at home and can guide through. Hasn’t moved for a few months so needs a good run up a motorway but saying that it’s had additive put through and all new oil and filters – so should be fine.

Ample ability to put your stamp on it further: clean and white wood to start, or it’s a fully functioning camper from the off – either way the hard bit’s done and it’s ready to go – ready for a new owner and lease of life.
