Here’s a fully converted off grid, stealth campervan..
It’s a 2.3 litre Luton which is under 3.5 tonnes so can be driven on a normal car licence. On the V5 its listed as a 3.5tonne vehicle gross.
It’s got a fully working tail lift which can lift in excess of 350kg. Its handy to have as a balcony or use during the summer months as increased airflow by lifting the roller shutter up too the top of the lift, creating massive airflow but whilst still remaining completely stealth from onlookers.
It has automatic rain sensing wipers and lights.
6 speed gearbox with built in tomtom satnav from factory (it does need resetting) comes with a remote.
149, 800k miles and has recently had alot of work done, all receipts kept as proof. It has a timing belt chain.
Electric windows, power steering.
Brand new bosch starter battery, split feed charger and reverse camera.
Walk through to the cab with a lock on the door.
It has 2 x 115 amp AGM batteries (6 months old)
Eplever solar controller with seperate display.

2 Velux thermal blackout blinds attached to 2 large skylights which provide direct sunlight into the vehicle when required. A fiamma air vent fan which is multi directional.
A spice rack above the cooking area, ikea storage solutions (handy for securing all your items in place whilst travelling)
The bed has a plastic honeycomb weave material to assist in airflow and air vents with fans to circulate air during the summer months.
It’s fully insulated with vapour barrier which lets the vehicle remain cool in summer and retain heat in the winter, it has a lovely false wooden floor and wooden trim with plastic copper tiling.
No major rust points on the body at all.
Perfect for any pet owner as it has two catflaps installed to let your pets come and go as they please, they can be locked. They can also be easily removed.
The vehicle has had two new rear brake calipers, disks and pads and a new windscreen.

The vehicle was purchased three years ago by myself and it was a brand new conversion completed by a carpenter.
Its fully insulated and with vapour barrier.
A majority tongue and groove ceiling and walls with ply sidewalls, the vehicle doesn’t have any side windows which means you can park it absolutely anywhere as it doesn’t look like a campervan. You could easily add some if desired.
It does have a fiamma roof vent /fan and two large fixed skylights with velux thermal blackout blinds.
It has a isolated campsite hookup which provides power to sockets, a 12v system and 240v with a 2000/4000 watt invertor.
It has a dedicated plug to charge the batteries whilst hooked up. It includes 2 agm batteries, Eplever controller and two 150 watt solar panels.
The vehicle can sustain itself throughout the entirety of summer and well into the winter months. The sale includes a 2000w dual fuel generator which has a butane attachment plumbed in.
Its a lovely conversion. Minimal and sharp. Easily modified to fit any decor tastes or desires.
It also has two catflaps, a lockable walk through and anchor point for a bicycle.
