Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

Here we have my 2011 renault master, medium wheel based high top roof, milage is at 152k genuine motorway miles, diesel with a 6 speed gearbox, originally starting its life as a a delivery van to deliver bird seed. This great conversion as a whole is in good condition, with it being a renault master the chassis doesn’t suffer from usual rot and rust and the underneath is in fantastic condition, the outside if the vehicle is also in good condition the panel work has no dents etc but there is x2 tiny bits of surface rust less than the size of a 5p piece (only surface) this vehicle is solid in every aspect, the van will benefit from a full 12 months mot as it is due in a couple of weeks so I will get that and anything it needs sorted. It benefits from having a brand new turbo fitted 3 months ago costing over a thousand pounds. The engine has never missed a beat and cruises along the motorway with ease, vehicle is serviced every year regardless of how many miles it has been driven. Diesel consumption is great, we can get to Scotland and back using only half a tank of fuel no problem. *note* The Harris tweed curtains will not be sold with the van, these were hand made by a family member who has now passed away and are of sentimental value, the fitted blackout curtains will come with the van however ๐Ÿ™‚ van comes with new air awning also ๐Ÿ˜Š

This was a must for me to prevent any short circuits or fires.

Gas:
Gas is supplied from the rear of the van, from a secure strapped in gas bottle and regulator, piped with flexi hose straight to the shower unit.
The Gas bottle sits inside a ce approved gas safe/container with a dropout vent In the unlikely case of a leak.
A carbon monoxide alarm is also fit in the van

Waterworks:
The water comes from a 70l fiamma water tank (fit inside the van to deter frost in winter) with an exterior key locked fill point on the side of the van and powered by a big shurflo king waterpump, and a fiamma expansion tank, this powers the water to the shower and the main kitchen sink. Shower room floor was rubberised and then a custom made fibreglass shower base was made to measure in the floor. Walls were then clad with
shower room panels (solid ones not the cheap soft ones)

The rear bed set up is converted from the U shaped seating, I have stated its a 2 berth but throughout its use since the conversion was done its slept myself, my wife and 3 year old on the rear bed no problem at all ๐Ÿ™‚ there is a latte roll that is placed on the fabricated ledge in between the bench seats and the rear cushions come down to form a might comfy bed big enough for 2 adults and in our case (a child as well) never been an issue, but the boy is growing very fast and we will shortly become a little cramped in the future
