Hello! My name is bella and this is my van connie! I have been living in her full time since june last year and she has be pretty amazing! I have decided to continue my studies and apply for a masters in london which unfortunately means selling my van. I have put up some pictures but also have taken a video which I can send upon request. Apologies for my stuff in the pics/vid as I am still living in the van full time and wont be able to sell until the 1st of april however I am open to viewings for people in my local area and virtual viewings for anyone from furthure afield. Connie is a 1999 T reg 2.5l Diesel LDV Convoy sporting a bulletproof transit engine (she has never skipped a beat), with 61,700 miles on the clock.

3 owners from new including myself, (Owned first buy the scouts then by an apprentice carpenter in norfolk then by me)

All electrics are high spec and brand new (installed Jan 2021)

2 x 150watt flexible solar panels

2 sets of 2 led lights (with a seperate switch)

Copper sink with whale hand pump tap into a 25L fresh water tank, 10L grey water tank

Calor gas oven with grill and two ring gas hob

Hand made insulated black out pads for all windows (uses sound deadening material)

The berkfeld water filter does NOT come with the van but I can leave the fixings and stand for anyone who wants to buy their own.

Current issues I am aware of:
These issue have not yet been fixed because they honestly haven’t affected my use of the van but I am aware they are important to know for prospective buyers.

Needs new sender for the fuel tank as the fuel gauge isnt working,
There is a malfunction with the engine light, it comes on sometimes after about 20 mins of driving, had the engine looked at by 3 mechanics and the engine is fine, they think it is an electrical issue, hasnt come up on mot as is doesnt come on for quite a while.

A bit of the back guttering had broken off due to some rust. Otherwise pretty good for rust considering its age. Underneath has been treated early on with underbody paint and well maintained.

I am looking to get these things fixed before selling however if any prospective buy can get a quote for the work I will happliy take off the amount or you can make an offer to take it as it is.

I would like to add that I have not done all of this conversion myself and it has not been checked by a proffessional so I cannot guarantee compliance with saftey regulations, my experience with the van being safe is anecdotal and if it is a concern of yours I am more than happy for you to have someone check the van over before purchasing.
