Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

2 berth campervan, self build. 35k genuine miles. Currently still registered as a van, but insured as a camper, only needs a fixed table and ‘go-faster’ stripes to meet the requirements for the log book to change to camper. MOT to 13.10.2024, and full service completed Oct 23. Have owned since Jan 2020. Since i have owned, van has had new brakes and brake pads. Externally, has been repainted. Mechanically in excellent condition – just had her checked out by the garage and they cant fault. Internally, the van has been converted into a 2 berth camper. Custom fit double bed, with plenty of storage space underneath. There are custom fit curtains to close off the under-bed space, but i never used them. 2x100w solar panels on the roof and 2x100ah batteries (new in 2022), with all the usual electrical connections you would expect: hook up and split charge relay. There are several sockets, both 12v and 3pin dotted throughout the van. There is a ‘bath in a box’ under one of the seats: a deep shower base fully tiled, with a shower head connector on the wall side. I have never used it but it is fully functioning. 70l of water storage with a lockable water ingress. Van also has an underslung waste water tank. Gas water heater (although this has never been used), with piping to enable a gas stove to be installed. Comes complete with a gas tank. Diesel heater – i have used this at minus 8 and its been super toasty (van is fully insulated as well). It has a wireless antenna externally mounted to support a ‘mifi’ set up. Roof mounted airvent with two-way airflow. Large ‘kitchen’ space, with butchers sink. Externally van also has an awning, providing plenty of space to enjoy an al fresco glass of whatever when camping. You can be fully off grid for a few days with this van, it is good to go. Also included: dometic camping fridge freezer (12v), porta pottie, portable camping stove and gas, pots/pans and cutlery. You can literally get in and go: you will have everything you need. Serious offers considered.

Conversion Description

Have owned since Jan 2020. Since i have owned, van has had new brakes and brake pads. Externally, has been repainted. Mechanically in excellent condition – just had her checked out by the garage and they cant fault. Internally, the van has been converted into a 2 berth camper, although she could potentially become a three with very little work. Custom fit double bed across the width of the van, with plenty of storage space underneath. There are custom fit curtains to close off the under-bed space, but i never used them. 2/3 seats in the back, and fitted kitchen with large belfast sink. 2x100w solar panels on the roof and 2x100ah batteries (new in 2022), with all the usual electrical connections you would expect: hook up and split charge relay. There are several sockets, both 12v and 3pin dotted throughout the van. Diesel heater – i have used this at minus 8 and its been super toasty (van is fully insulated as well). It has a wireless antenna externally mounted to support a ‘mifi’ set up. Roof mounted airvent with two-way airflow. I took out the passenger seats to put in a flat deck to increase storage space and have a private WC area for the evening (there is a curtain fitted instead of a bulkhead to separate the drivers cab from the van), but all the connections remain in place, so it would be easy to add a seat back in.
