Unique high spec’ campervan converted part-time by carpenter joiner between 2019-2021. Quality wooden interior (beech, oak, sapili, pine) and fully equipped with gas oven, water heater, space heater, fridge (gas/electric). Has 12v and 240v inverter and electrical hook up. Solar panel and high performing leisure battery for off-grid life. Running hot and cold water (30L). The spacious dining table converts into a King Sized bed. A great bluetooth stereo and speakers in the rear. Porthole windows, skylight, gas safe registered and well insulated and ventilated making this a comfortable campervan in all weathers.. We converted this with longevity in mind. The interior has been sealed and membraned and insulated throughout. It is sturdy and reliable both in terms of the living space, and the van itself.

The engine is reliable, well maintained and has been many miles left in it! Recent work has included a replacement turbo, full replacement of brakes and the leaf springs and alternator.
Parts are easy to come by, and it is an easy van to work on, if you’re intending to maintain it yourself, or for a professional to deal with as and when needed.
It is a fantastically well looked after campervan. Underside has been wax oiled in 2024. The body work and underside of the van is in excellent condition and has had recent work. Alloy wheels recent addition (not pictured).
It’s a very easy van to use and it’s a pleasure to drive. A real shame to be selling as Silurian has many more miles of adventure left in it.
I have been renting this out on Quirky Camper for 2-3 years and it makes £5,000 + a year.
Selling as my circumstances have changed meaning I am less available to manage rentals etc, and I am not getting to use the van at all for my personal use.

It’s a calming and simple space, thought out meticulously to allow a blissful campervan experience. The work is sturdy and reliable, smooth and equipped for use all year round.

The spacious table is easily dropped using a novel and simple hinge, to covert to a large and comfortable king sized bed.
