Vauxhall Combo L2H1
Flick is a simple but beautiful Combo Camper, built on a very well-looked-after 2016 L2H1 Vauxhall Combo base with a full service history (original book with stamps) and a low mileage of 106,800 (may increase slightly by time of sale). The van meets Euro 5 emissions standards.
The bodywork is in excellent condition with no dents, scratches, or damage. Originally used by Siemens for mobile repair work and bought by myself via a commercial vehicle dealer, the van has never been used to carry heavy loads. The chassis on this model is made from galvanized steel, so is far less likely to rust than some other vehicles. The cab interior is also in excellent condition, very clean, and looks almost like a new vehicle. There are sliding doors on both sides of the van.
I purchased the van in February 2021 and have given it:
New alternator (Dec 2021)
Full major service (Jan 2021)
2 new tyres (as per MOT advisory) (Jan 2021)
Replaced glow plugs (March 2022)
Replaced cambelt (April 2022)
It has a valid MOT until January 2023, and I can provide a copy of the invoices for all the work above, which was all done by the same independent garage. I’ve only done 3000 miles in the van since the MOT and full service.
It has 2 seats, 6 gears, air-con, parking sensors, and a reversing camera with night vision.
It’s very economical, especially for a van – I get about 43mpg on average, up to 53mpg if I keep below 55mph. This is cheaper to run than all my friends’ petrol cars.
I love this van and I’m only selling it because I’ve bought a larger van to convert and live in. Warning: Vanlife is addictive! This is an ideal van to have as a daily drive, with the convenience of a tiny hotel room in place of back seats and a boot!
