It’s time to sell my self converted Ford Transit Connect and upgrade to full time van life.

I have owned this vehicle since 23/08/19 bought from THE TRADES VAN CENTRE, HAMPSHIRE, SO516BW on 67,000 miles.

I have lots of receipts for work done, and stamps from new in a Ford service book dating back to new, including Injectors, tyres, full servicing and the most recent being a full DPF system replaced at FORD VOSPERS, MARSH BARTON, on 23/11/22. Receipts and full health check sheet provided costing Β£1700.
Receipt for supply and fitting of a towtrust flange tow bar with electrics costing Β£380 on 20/12/22 at WESTERN TOWING, MARSH BARTON
I have invested a lot into to this very reliable Ford engine to keep it going, will be solid for years to come.
No knocks on full lock, no lights on the dash, engine idles no problem, turbo boosts nicely at 2000+ revs there is honestly no problem with the way this van drives or body work, a few chips but no dents.

The conversion in the back has been done by myself and my Dad who is a joiner by trade.
This is the fourth van that has been converted through the family.
From start to finish we’ve put time and effort into the build.
Stripping it back to bare metal we sound deadened and insulated x2 then cut and carpeted the ply walls and ceiling.
The bed and kitchen area is hand built using ply and timber with lots of storage underneath.
The mattress is memory foam covered professionally by upholsters with a zip for easy washing and very comfortable costing over Β£500
The electrics side is covered for a couple days off grid with the split charge relay charging the leisure battery supplying 2 USB points, other various power outlets and four touch led spotlights in the ceiling all supplied by a SERGANT EC160 consumer unit.
A really simple but effective set up which has never caused me any trouble weeks at a time parked up in Cornwall over the summer.
Also fitted with 240V hook up and lead to plug into any campsite electric points to run everything and fully charge both battery’s.

Whoever takes this van will have a solid reliable camper for years to come and I would hope brings as much enjoyment as it did me.

Any question feel free to ask.
