At present on mileage 179013 could go up slightly if used for weekends away.
Has been converted by owner before me.

We Brought it thinking we would do a few weekends aways but use it all the time, so much that we are looking for a bigger van or motor home, as not quite big enough for two adults and three golden retriever dogs. Storage under bed.
Bed 5ft 3 x 3ft 3 proper spring mattress made to measure.
Brand new Thetford porta loo slides under bed and pulls out for easy use.
Pull out table, under bed, that slots onto rail under cooker and sink area.
Two ring gas cooker
Gas bottle, I would say half full
Sink with 20litre water bottle and pump cold water only and a waste container same size
2017 leisure battery
Separate fill 7kw diesel heater ( half full) with remote control fob. And Jerry can.
Storage cupboard which I find keeps food cool,
LED ceiling lights
LED lights along front of cupboards all on a on/ off switch.
Several 12v and usb plugs all around the van.
Has been double insulated floor, walls and roof professionally
Also sound proofed. And carpeted throughout professionally
Blackout insulation curtains between van and cab.
Made to measure wind screen cover
Touch screen radio with usb hook up leads which I will leave, previous owner left in as it’s connected to live sat nav and plugs into phones, I find mine does it straight through blue tooth, will leave phone holder.
Does not have a hook up for mains directly to van, but it has a hook up that comes into van through back door and it closes and you have 5 x 3 pin plugs for mains, I can take a photo if you need to explain this.
Halfords mobile plug in fridge, 12v or mains,
Side window is completely blacked out
