Stunning, newly hand-crafted Boxer conversion

Newly hand-crafted conversion by father and daughter team based in the Midlands.

This design is a blend of spacious and modern meets cosy cabin, featuring clean white bespoke cabinetry and accents of dark, warm, rustic wood. The living area has been designed to feel as open and bright as possible with large windows on either side and a bench seat for two opposite the sliding door to enjoy taking in the beautiful views of your adventures whilst lounging and dining.

The kitchen area features tiled splashbacks and has plenty of workspace on the solid oak countertops. We have installed all the conveniences of modern home life including a Dometic 80l fridge freezer, a voyager 4500 cooker with 2 burner hob, oven and grill and a large stainless steel sink with 12v tap. The tap is fed by a 25L fresh water tank with 23L waste tank which is easily accessible from the sliding door for hassle free water refills and disposals. An array of cupboards, drawers and overhead storage provide lots of space for all your kitchen items. All appliances are brand new and therefore covered by their manufacturer’s warranties.

There is a toilet closet with bifold louvre doors which can be opened out and latched in place to create some welcome privacy for use of the electric Thetford porta loo. Further storage in this bathroom area is designed for towels and toiletries.
All the soft furnishings throughout the van are handmade. The sofa cushion covers are made with a soft but durable fabric, the curtains are all lined with blackout fabric and have magnetized edges to prevent light ingress and provide privacy. All the soft furnishings have been made so they can be detached from the van and machine washed so muddy adventures are no problem!
As much as we love the spaciousness of the living area, we wanted to create a defined bedroom which is cosy and inviting. A pull-out step enables you to climb through into the fixed, standard double sized bed, with curtains to close off your bedroom nook from the rest of the van. Inside the bedroom area there is a padded headboard, a window so you can wake up to beautiful views, a skylight to provide more light and ventilation, high level cupboards and bedside tables – one with USB ports for charging your devices, the other with storage space for your bedtime reads. Lighting is provided by 2 main ceiling lights and individual bedside reading lamps.

The bedframe itself is set quite high in the van allowing for a very large garage space beneath, accessible via the rear doors. The garage is equipped with lighting and heating, and has a durable rubber penny matting floor. The garage also houses the GAS IT refillable LPG tank which feeds the cooker and the Propex heater. Combined with the full insulation and internal water storage, this makes the van suitable for sub-zero adventures. In warmer climes a cooling breeze is provided by the the Maxxfan in the living area ceiling which can also be used as an extractor when cooking.
Warm remote-controlled LED spotlights light up the van. 320watts of solar power provides the 12V feeds to the fridge, lights and USB sockets via a 290AH AGM leisure battery. This also feeds the 240V sockets via a 1500W inverter making the van suitable for completely off-grid living.
This van would be perfect for a couple with space for an extra guest or a family of three as a third bed can be made up easily in the living area. To cater for your third member, the front double passenger seat is fitted with a swivel base, to create a comfortable seating and dining area.
