The habitation space boasts a dining area that converts into a king size bed, remote control Maxxfan ventilation, overhead and under locker mood lighting, Vitrifrigo compressor fridge/ freezer, ceramic sink and brushed brass mixer tap and induction hob. All habitation area appliances are powered through a large solar panel powering a monster lithium battery feeding a 3000w Victron inverter, the result being a camper van that never needs hook up! For those cold winter nights Doris has been installed with an Essenmacher system that provides both blown air and underfloor heating as well as plenty of piping hot water. A porta potti fits snugly into a base locker and the van also comes complete with an external Bullfinch Shower and privacy tent. Doris was built professionally to our own specification by Country Road Campers (www.countryroadcampers.com) and finished in a Farrow and Ball palette to a very high standard.
The vehicle comes with a recent extensive service and near full MOT with no advisories. The body work generally is in very good condition apart from a few stone chips on the bonnet and a few minor scratches. We also had a detachable tow bar fitted which will happily allow for a tow bar mounted bike rack carrying 2 E Bikes to be hauled.
As we won’t be needing it Doris could be sold with a full set of kit including pots and pans, cutlery, utensils, outdoor table and chairs, electric kettle and toaster and much more.
