We converted this camper 4 years ago and it has been our family van for that time. It has recently done a 4k trip around Europe without any problems, but now with three children we have outgrown it. It is self contained and the perfect size for free spots / wild camping or for proper camping sites. Would suit a couple, or family with two small children (using cabin beds). It has everything you need to camp off grid, with USB charging, gas cooker and onboard water containers (just add either composting, bucket or cartridge toilet to suit).
Things to note:
Some surface scratches to body commensurate with age. One minor ding on rear.
Rust issues at last MOT (it’s a transit!), with money spent on repair. Now undersealed, should be fine if keep an eye on it.
Still registered as a panel Van at the DVLA, due to them clamping down on self conversions. Never had a problem insuring as a camper with Brentacre.
Pull out double bed. Cabin bed for up to 5 years old. Possibility of additional cabin bed for child up to 1m tall (details on request). Space for baby or dog to suit needs.
