VW LT35 Mk1 1991
161,500 / MOT until end April 2025!
This is a 1991 VW 3.5T log cabin on wheels! We have had the van just over a year, absolute adore her to bits, but as always life gets in the way and an upcoming house move means itβs time for her to move on to her next loving owner! I have included as much information and photos as I can, but I am so keen to share more so please donβt hesitate to ask for absolutely anything. We have a folder with lots of recent documents over the years of her completed works etc also!
β Fully Off Grid / Solar panel
β Gas oven, double hob, fridge, diesel heater, water heater, shower and toilet!
β Double USB sockets in the living area for 12v charging, no electric hook up but I use a 4-gang extension lead that works with hook up on sites perfectly.
β Kitchen area has worktop space, double ring gas hob and a small sink which requires an external container for the water. Gas oven and fridge with storage above.
β Water pump and heating supplying hot water to the sink and shower.
β Permanently situated toilet and shower in waterproof βbathroomβ in back of the van, complete with shower tray!
β Small storage in the back for gas bottles and other βgarageβ items.
β Sofa that seats 5/6, pulls out to double bed within a couple of minutes.
β 2 sliding windows on driver side allowing for views when cooking and using the sofa/bed.
β Blinds on all windows, and two sets of curtains for sliding door and to separate the front from the living space.
β No power steering, drives well and you really feel the adventure while driving her!
β Roof vent with painted ceiling.
β Pop up roof (sealed up by previous owner)
β Few quirks (Driver side window winder disconnected but I use a suction cup to use this window and itβs never been an issue. / Radio currently not working, I think itβs a wiring issue but could need the kenwood replacing (Β£25).)
-Spotlights throughout the living area.
β Off-Grid liveability, with the solar providing USB ports for charging, gas providing heating, cooking and washing and the addition of the toilet makes this the perfect old school camper!
Please feel free to contact me for any more information, videos, photos and details as Iβm more than happy to share everything about this fantastic van!
Thank you for reading!
