The van is a oneoff design crafted to give a classic Yacht interior vibe, all furniture has been craftsman built (by award-winning firm All Things Timber) in sapele mahogany. Upfront there is a storage cupboard, top locker for cosmetics and beneath, a dedicated storage cupboard for the (brand-new) Dometic portable toilet. The side furniture includes melamine worksurface with cupboard and drawers below and storage for two 15-litre fresh water containers . Across the rear lives the Wallas diesel hob which also doubles as a space heater. Here is also a small sink plus a Waeco top-loading, 40-litre, 12 V fridge. Below are two deep drawers and the whole set up, including the drawers is designed to be used from inside or outside through the tailgate where there’s an external flip up worktop. The side sofa has two storage lockers beneath and the electrics compartment which includes a brand-new leisure battery, mains charger, MPPT solar regulator (both Victron with a 130 W solar panel on the roof above) both the solar and the charger can be monitored and controlled using Victron’s Bluetooth app. The back of the cab passenger seat has been converted so it folds forward to create additional storage for bulky items when on site.
Currently there is just one bed formed from the longitudinal sofa. However it should be easy to modify the interior to provide a double if needed.
