Modern bespoke conversion with a neutral design to allow you to input your own style into the space. As this was a personal build, we have taken extra pride and executed every bit of detail to our upmost best standards. From prevention rust treatment, insulation, battery capacity, lighting designs, water systems and comfort; we have built something we are extremely proud of and hope someone else can enjoy the pleasures that our little home on wheels has given us.

Electrics:
• 3x 95ah AGM batteries linked up to form as one
• Main Kill switch to shut off all electrics
• Fuse board with 2x spare spaces for ad-ons
• 12V electrics throughout the van with 6 USB ports in total and 1 cigarette lighter type at the rear of the van to plug in external shower pump
• Light switches to control which appliances/electrics are live. Great for conserving energy from the batteries
• 240V electric hook up with Victron smart charger to charge up batteries when plugged in to the mains and run 12v system whilst hooked up
• 240V sockets also included for when the van is hooked up
• Water pump with filtration system connected to a stylish tap with extendable hose faucet and 2x tap settings. (Cold water only)
• Multiple ambient light settings throughout the van with under unit strip lighting (All of which have been replaced, so brand new) separated from front and back and also middle spot lights for extra lighting
• Deluxe Maxxair fan controlled via remote to bring air into the van or extract out. Located above worktop area ideal for cooking inside the van
• Dometic CRE 65L fridge with removable freezer compartment, extremely efficient

Key points:
• 25L clean water tank and 25L waste water tank stored under the sink unit. Tap can also be pulled out and used to rinse off outside of the van via the sliding door
• Huge kitchen space with lift up worktop next to the sink. 4x large drawers with 2x overhead cupboards to store all your bits and bobs and groceries
• 1x portable gas stove to use inside or outside (Space to have 2 as we previously did)
• Full length wardrobe with extra pantry space, clothes rail and portable chemical toilet space at the bottom
• 6x overhead cupboard to the rear of the space for clothing and belongings. All cupboards and drawers have magnetic locks to keep closed whilst in motion
• Longest bench of the two has full storage underneath with an open end at the rear of the van to slide any larger pieces of equipment under
• Other bench houses all of the electrics which are in easy, accessible reach
• Double swivel seat base for front passenger seats to turn into the back of the van for extra seating options
• Removable Lagun table leg
• Bulkhead storage
• Weighs in at under 2900kg so plenty of weight left to add on any extras i.e roof rack etc.

• Hidden hooks in the ceiling to hold a shower curtain for internal showers and also options for external showers
• Insulated and reflective front, side and back window covers for extra privacy. Also a cover for the Maxxair fan for more insulation

• Extra 25L Jerry can to hold spare water
