Conversion Description

A stylish, cosy van build with all that is needed for full-time van life living, off-grid action and holiday breaks.

The base van selected was a Ford Transit low mileage, currently 89k miles, Diesel 2.2 rwd manual xlwb hi top.

Heart of the build is an industry standard Victron 12v system. Components include multiplus inverter, mppt, dc dc charger, power distribution, 175w solar panel, 2 x 110 agm batteries. Blue sea breakers etc. PDF of the electrical system schematic can be provided to the new owner if desired. This was created by Victron approved Tiny Build Electrics ensuring correct fuse and cable ratings and a stable 12v system.

240 external hookup point. Underslung 16l lpg tank with filler point and level sensor.

Toilet with electric flush, full size shower, drop down sink & tap with extractor vent and heater vent complete the bathroom.

Triplex cooker and oven. Vitrfrigo c51i fridge/freezer and full size copper sink
Vision aerial and smart TV

Internal 150l fresh water tank. Underslung 120l waste water tank, both with underslung water drain taps and level sensor.
Shurflo water pump and fiamma expansion vessel provide water with ample pressure to the system.
Truma combi 4e water / air heater with control panel. Heated air outlet vents located in bathroom, seating area, kitchen area and rear storage space under bed.
Maxair dual direction fan with remote control.

Heki skylight above double bed
2/3 berth – fixed double bed & small adult or a child could sleep on the bench seat.

240 and gas were certified upon completion.
Weighbridge certificate after conversion with over 3/4 tank of fuel at 3.14t which leaves ample room for passengers, bikes, food, clothes and general supplies / gear.

Van has been sprayed in mipa pur 2k for a durable finish.
