Conversion description:
Van was bought to convert in Jan 25, it was previously owned for 6 years with low annual mileage ( good base van ). Cab area is very clean with good seats with no rips or tears, air conditioning, cruise control and overhead storage. Jack and tool kit look unused. It has additional storage behind drivers and passengers seats.
Van has been fully insulated and carpeted. Sound proof slatted ceiling with 12V dimmable down lights ( white and blue mode ) , wall dimmable spotlights all controlled separately and from bulk head control panel. Also above control panel is a double 240V double socket with usb ports. Kitchen unit is positioned to not restrict access through both side doors but is still large enough to incorporate new twin burner hob and sink and additional work top. Unit has double doors and split storage with shelf, also access to two 10L water containers and 12V pump to sink tap. To the side is four drawers. Above kitchen unit is a full length shelf with dimmable down lighters.
Bed is full length slatted with garage underneath. Plenty of storage room and positioned for a 40L compressor cool box. Ottoman storage box which doubles up as additional seating included. Bed has a new 120 x 190 x 22 cm memory support mattress , new duvet, pillows and covers. So all ready to drive away. In garage area 240V mains hook up with 3 single sockets. New leisure battery, 12V circuit breaker, led split charge relay enabling charging of leisure battery whilst driving. New 12V battery charger and a 12V fridge socket.
Campervan layout has been designed around the rare twin sided sliding doors creating excellent access and viewpoints. Both side doors have sliding opening windows with purpose made fly and blackout screens. Rear barn doors have safari opening windows with built in fly screens.
Overall the Campervan is a perfect couples tourer, well looked after, lightweight and very economical. Easy parking in standard car park space, perfect for narrow rural roads.
