This is an immaculately presented example of one of the last few remaining Landcruiser 95 series Colorados, now considered a classic and known throughout the Middle East, Africa and Australia as the most reliable and toughest cars ever built. Fully restored and resprayed to a professional standard in a Grey/Silver Raptor paint, it looks awesome and turns heads wherever you go. This is the mechanical 90 series Land Cruiser with no electronics to go wrong at the worst possible time, just good old levers and gears! Comes with the legendary 1KZ-TE engine, known to do 500,000 miles without missing a beat. It comes with an automatic gearbox, which is ideal for towing and provides a smooth ride and powerful torque delivery
OFF ROAD ABILITY
This car comes with full high and low range gearbox as well as centre and rear diff locks (new diff lock motor fitted on the rear). It is an absolute monster and I have crossed mountains and deserts with it, towing an expedition trailer across terrain that any other car would faint and get hopelessly stuck. This beast just soldiers on, unperturbed by any challenge.
PROFESSIONAL RESPRAY WITH RAPTOR PAINT
If you take a closer look you will notice that this truck has been professionally resprayed with industrial strength RAPTOR paint. RAPTOR paint has a rough sandpaper-like texture and has the following qualities:

LANDCRUISER ROOF TENT
Top-spec hardshell Badlands 110 pop-up roof tent. This is a very expensive piece of kit selling for north of ยฃ2k (there are cheaper imitations out there of course but I wouldn’t trust them)

Sets up or down in just 2 minutes
Beware of the much heavier fold-open (envelope type) tents that take really long to set up and are more vulnerable to weather. I have used all the different roof tents in all different conditions and would hands down choose the Badlands tent range for ease of use, comfort and they look great too
CAMPING TRAILER
This is based on a military Sankey trailer frame with a custom-built all-aluminium shell and includes the following:
+ Similar to the roof tent on the Landcruiser, a top-spec hardshell Badlands 90 pop-up roof tent that sleeps 2 – 3 on a comfortable memory foam mattress. Sets up or down in just 2 minutes
+ 105 litre under-slung water tank, with multi-fitting hose attachment to allow filling up from taps, springs etc
+ 25l Reggio compressor fridge. Unlike three way fridges that need to be on a level surface to work (and thus won’t keep your food cold when you are travelling up or down mountain sides!) this will run while you are travelling and while you are camping
+ Two burner Campingaz gas cooker (with 5kg patio gas) in a slide-away drawer for quick storage
+ Kampa Geyser Hot water system. Hooked up to both the gas and batteries it provides instant pressurised hot water for either a bush shower or to wash dishes etc. Kampa build the best rated off-grid water heating systems
+ Dual 105AH Ultra Deep Cycle leisure batteries, connected in parallel to a distribution board
+ Solar panel with digital inverter to power the leisure batteries and provide a full read out of battery charge state, load and solar generation
+ 2000W inverter to provide 220V electricity to appliances like laptops, vacuum cleaners etc
+ Slide out work surface, can be used to prepare food or wash dishes in the two pop-up sinks

Vehicle was fully restored as per description and trailer custom-built during the first six months of 2023. Both have only been used twice, one week in England and four weeks in Portugal, so while there is a little wear and tear from new, everything is still in excellent condition. Note that MAM listed is for the car (2680kg) + trailer (750kg)
2 adults + 1 small child can fit comfortably in each roof tent (one on the car and one on the camping trailer) on memory foam mattresses (total of 6 berths). The back two rows of seats in the Landcruiser can fold relatively flat and can make for an additional two berths.
