The vehicle was put through its MOT as a campervan/motorhome

Double-glazed Polycarbonate (smash-proof) windows in the rear. It’s virtually impossible to see inside the rear from outside even if you put face against the window
Polycarbonate cab windows
Whole vehicle is covered in polycarbonate panels – very robust!

4-seat belts (one seat in the rear)
Heavy insulation consisting off about 7cm of rockwool in the ceiling and walls, covered with thermal air-backed foil foam, covered with police issue non-condensation boards and then finished with spruce cladding. Warm and quiet inside.
Kitchen worktop with deep kitchen and cold-water feed plus 2-ring gas hob for cooking connected to 7kg butane bottle (full)
Auxiliary room which has a light and window plus a power feed. It can house the fridge or a porta-loo or could be a storage cupboard/wardrobe (up to new owner)
Roof-Deck and escape hatch — 2.5metres of decking on the roof offering ace views, daring BBQs or sleeps under the summer nights
3x touch-dimmable led ceiling lights, plus two bendy lights
Multiple USB points
Solid oak table (triple sanded / varnished
Through access to cab
Two overhead lockers
Storage space over cab / storage also in bench near cab and there’s also under bed storage for bicycles and increasing water capacity

Charged via 420w Solar Panel and Split Charge system
Renogy 1000watt Inverter for 230v needs (plug is by the table)
12v fuse box with separate 12v circuits for each light
25litre Alpicool compressor fridge/freezer (it can be stowed/positioned in two places as I have installed power points and ratchet buckles by the side of the kitchen unit or in the cupboard).
There is also an electric hook-up system powering a plug under the bed.
The conversion is spacious and uniquely warm and safe which offers worry-free park ups wherever that may be.
This is a very specific type of conversion/van and will have a narrow, but committed demographic whom when they see it will want to buy it.
