4ltr Perkins Phaser Turbo Engine. Starts first time, every time. Well renowned engines. Plenty of power. Works very well. As does the gearbox and brakes. 5 speed gearbox. At the last MOT test, the tester commented on just how good it was! The bodywork isn’t in bad shape for its age. It has been previously repaired. I’ve not hidden anything. The drivers side door bottom will require some work soon but is not an MOT issue. MOT till 03/07/25.
Originally purchased as a horse lorry. Stripped back to a bare shell. New 18mm ply floor, followed by 25mm polystyrene insulation, covered by 12mm ply, then laminate. Walls have 50mm Celotex. Ceiling has 40mm. Walls and ceiling clad with T&G. Wall with stable door built to the back with access to the ramp / veranda. Brand new instantaneous water heater supplies kitchen sink and shower. Small 2 way fridge and 2 hob / grill / oven. Masport pot belly stove for heat and cooking. Cassette toilet in separate bathroom with shower and tray. Plenty of seating and worktop space. Wardrobe and over head lockers.
L shaped sofa / dinette converts to small double. 4ft x 6ft 3. In the Luton is a full size single bed. 3ft x 6ft 3.
