Conversion Description

Very unique van build that has been made to be different and quirky from the normal van, good character and is nice to be in. It has been kept simple however everything is practical and functional and works perfectly. Using as many natural materials and colours for a cosy feel

– Portable cast iron hob which can be used inside and out, easy & quick set up; comes with some gas
– 40L Coleman cool box been used in summer and is well insulated
– Self made thermal black out window covers
– Comes with portable heater, warms the van up lovely and doesn’t take long to
– Insulated throughout with therma wrap and boarded over the top keeping the van warm and cool as needed
– Table top comes off for big amount of storage underneath
– Storage underneath bed for larger things like bikes, BBQ, fire wood, tools etc. (Big sack of firewood there if wanted)
– 15L + 5L ridge monkey water containers with taps (15L container is positioned so you can use as a normal tap) + washing up bowl etc is included.
– Small flip up table fixed to back doors, I used this for cooking on and for drinks etc when sat outside
– Separated shelves at end of bed (behind brown door) ideal for clothes storage, comes with storage cubes
– Large 50 x 50cm Fiamma roof vent which opens in all directions
– Overhead storage all round
– Seat at the end of table
– Shoe storage in handmade crate under coat hanger
– Large crate for all kitchen pots/pans/ utensils under kitchen area- some cooking equipment to be left in this
– Thick hard wearing rubber flooring, easy to clean
– Windows are tinted in the back so you can see out but no one can see in
– Copper rail going across bed, I have used this for hanging up clothes and wet towels/clothes to dry.
– Copper rail towel holder in kitchen area
– Hard wearing mat on the sliding door step
– Small bin included
– Union Jack and VW stylish cast iron coat hooks
– Cast iron bottle opener in kitchen area
– Loads of storage throughout van including above sliding door for little bits and pieces for easy access

I have kept everything portable within this van giving you the best of both worlds being able to get everything outside when you don’t want to be stuck inside in the hot weather. This has worked well for me and I loved having that option to cook outside with ease.

Comes with a Jackery 240 & SolarSaga 100W solar panel, the power lasts ages and can charge anything up. I’ve used this on 3 week long trips without needing to recharge. This is what I use to power the lights in the van, they draw 0W through the Jackery so doesn’t drain the battery whatsoever. Can charge multiple things at once and has a normal household plug socket to use. The solar panel has been used once and the battery unit has only been charged up 3 times, so it is basically brand new. You can plug directly into the solar panel to charge items which will save draining the battery. The battery unit can be charged using mains electric, through the solar panel or through the 12V socket (can be plugged into the socket in the van which will charge when driving).

Loads of living space in this van, I was going to fit a log burner over the winter but didn’t feel a need to in the end, I enjoyed having the extra living space. Plenty of room to add your own touches if desired

There is a crack in 1 piece of the floor edging trim, this is easy and cheap to fix though, just isn’t that bad and didn’t bother me so I left it.

A very solid van overall does have some minor marks on body work which is to be expected with the age of the van. Good condition overall.
