Peugeot Boxer 350 LX LWB HDI L3H2
Vehicle Description
We are selling our reliable campervan!
We bought this van (on quirky campers!) less than a year ago and have used it for trips around France. Now we are heading back home to NZ so sadly need to look for a new owner for our beloved van.
Contact us for viewings and more info. We are currently in the south of France but will drive back to the UK for serious buyers (we could come to you)
==Video tour at bottom of page==
📹 Please see the video recorded by an Australian couple, that walks you through all of the van set up, electrics, storage and other practical info. Since buying, we have done extra conversion works (such as improving lighting and renovating with wood panels above the bed and in the kitchen) so please note that the pictures represent the latest layout of the van, not the video – let us know any questions!
==10 MONTH MOT==
Valid until August 2025
IMPORTANT: 5th gear is not working. We have spoken to the mechanic and it’s perfectly fine to drive with just 4 gears but we have reduced the price significantly in case you wish to fix this issue. We just don’t have time to do it ourselves. Common fault with these vans after 100,000 miles.
Most recently have changed the timing belt and idler pulleys replaced
The steering rack was replaced in September 2023. We can provide documents from last mechanic visit.
2.2L Engine
5 speed manual gearbox (4 gears only working currently)
The engine has been solid and gave us no issues tackling the Alps.
The bodywork is in decent condition. Panels and paint work in great condition.
TOWBAR with 7-pin electric professionally fitted for a bike rack.
Beds Description
The bed is a double bed approximately 12 cm wide. It is a sofa during the day and pulls out into a double bed at night. The mattress is a memory foam orthopaedic and has served us well for the past 6 months.
Conversion Description
Conversion was done by the first owner (We are the sixth. A couple from New Zealand had the van for 3 months while travelling similar to us, then a lovely UK couple had the van for 18 months, the an Australian couple for 6 months before selling it to us via quirky campers in October 2023).
It is a basic setup, but very comfortable, cosy and functional.
FULLY insulated (floor, wall and ceiling) and suitable for use all year round.
Blackout curtain between the cab and camper is ideal for stealth camping.
Bed:
Small double (120cm wide) and is a sofa that pulls out. Lots of storage underneath.
Heating:
2x 100Ah leisure heater (heating has never been used by us).
Kitchen/dining:
Lagun adjustable table is attached so that it can be moved across the bed for a dining table or desk. The cupboard that it is attached to can be used to store a portable toilet if needed, or extra storage (which is what we used it for).
The kitchen is constructed from standard kitchen units and work top. One cupboard stores the electrics described below.
Dometic 2 burner gas hob with cover and sink with electric cold water tap.
Under the hob is fresh water and grey water storage (2x 20L Jerry cans for easy refilling and emptying).
Under the sink is a portable chilly bin that can run from 240v or 12v.
Refillable Calor gas bottle, stored in a secure compartment. It is refillable from the outside of the van (we also have the French adapter for this). .
2 x skylights and extractor fans.
Storage:
Down one side of the van is shelving that runs the entire length of the conversion.
There is a large storage space above the cab which easily fit a rock climbing rack and rope plus more clothes and helmets.
Space under the kitchen units, accessible from the back, for some tools and spare wheel jacks etc. (spare wheel included stored under the van).
Electrics:
12V/240v inverter
100w solar panel with newly purchased elektron MPPT controller (replaced previous older model last month)
Victron battery charger
240V mains connector with 3 x ports
2 main lights + fairy lights around the ceiling of the van + two reading lights mounted above the sofa/bed.
Control panel on the side of the kitchen units that turns on lights, fairy lights, 2xUSB sockets and a 12v socket. Panel also includes a voltmeter to show leisure battery status.
Split relay so the leisure batteries charge when driving.
USB port and 2 additional 12V ports in driving cab
Other:
Fire extinguisher
Fire blanket
2 x carbon monoxide alarms
Powerful ceiling mounted electric fan.
Stoplock pro steering lock
Kitchen utensils and 2 X large plastic storage containers.
Open to questions! 🙂

Please note: Quirky Campers do not inspect the listings for accuracy or check campervans in person. We have asked sellers to provide evidence of certificates and paperwork however you MUST check yourself that the information provided is present and correct. You will need to exercise the normal due diligence when buying any vehicle.
Quirky loves this style means that Quirky Campers would potentially approve this vehicle for hiring. However, Quirky have not approved a Gas Safe certificate, a Weighbridge certificate, or the vehicle's electrics. Buyers must check these themselves. For some tips on what to look out for read this. If the listing has no Gas Safe certificate, no unladen weight and no electrical sign-off please proceed with caution!
