Vauxhall Vivaro Camper Conversion / Day Van.

Insulation
The van is fully insulated Floor/Ceiling/Walls and Doors with 50mm insulation.
It also has sound deadening material on the panels and vapour barrier.
This makes the van snug and warm with no condensation.

Internal
The walls are panelled with lacquered Birch Ply and the ceiling has whitewashed cladding. It has a hard wearing laminate floor fitted on top of a birch ply sub floor.

There is a 45cm opening roof vent with fly screen and blackout curtain.

Storage
There is plenty of storage space and all of the doors and draws have secure catches to stop them from opening while driving.

Kitchen
There is a new two ring propane hob and with a 3.9 kilogram propane bottle.
There is also a deep sink with 10ltr fresh and waist water tanks and a tap with electric pump.
The worktop is solid beach wood which has been lacquered.

Electrics
The power is supplied by a 150w solar panel fitted to the roof and the van also has a split charger from the alternator.
There is a new 110amp hour leisure battery which is kept charged by the solar panel and split charger.
There are 4 usb outlets, two 12v charging points, led lights and separate reading lamp. There is also a 15L slide out 12v fridge (very low power consumption) also powered from the leisure battery.

Seating and Bed
The L shaped seats and comfortable and can sit 3 – 4 people. And the seats easily fold out to make a full size 190 x 120cm bed.

Garage
There is also a storage area (garage area) to the back of the van for deckchairs, outdoor furniture, tools, boots etc.
There is also a tarp awning with poles and guide ropes.

(The only defect in the bodywork is a small 6” scratch on the top of the side of the roof, see photo, other than that the bodywork in in great condition. The scratch can be repaired for about £200.00 and this is reflected in the sale price)
