The Van:
This is a 2016 Vauxhall Vivaro SWB with twin rear sliding doors and only 41,000 miles.
Only 1 previous owner from new and this was an ex BT Openreach van which has been meticulously maintained. Full service history (serviced: 1/6/18 @ 14,135 miles, 21/4/20 @ 24,419 miles, 15/4/22 @ 33,849 miles, 28/1/23 @ 40,950 miles) and MOT is due on 26th Jan 2024. Also worth noting the van hasn’t had any advisories on ANY of its previous MOT’s.
It has: roof bars with LED lights, rear door step, rear parking sensors, Bluetooth Audio, a 6 speed gearbox, and a 1600 engine – plenty of power and very economical.
The van is a pleasure to drive, very smooth and quiet.
There are a couple of age related marks on the bodywork.
The Conversion:
This is a brand new conversion and all of the components (electrics, hob, sink and fridge) are also brand new:
– Fridge: Dometic CRX50 Compressor Fridge/Freezer – very quiet.
– Hob: Dometic Smev 8821L Sink with 1 Gas Hob. Includes a full bottle of Campingaz 907 Gas Bottle and 2x 10L Jerry Cans for fresh water and waste, and a Fireangel Carbon Monoxide Alarm.
– All of the furniture is cabinet built (Not MDF pods) this makes the furniture very light and strong.
Insulation:
The van has been rust proofed and the floor covered with Closed Cell Insulation. Also has Dodo Mat insulation and sound deadening throughout the van.
Electrics:
– 120Amph Powerplus AGM Leisure Battery.
– Wired Campers 12V DC-DC & 240V Mains Hook Up Complete Kit installed which charges the leisure battery when driving (perfect for if you wish to wild camp!)

– Mains hook up with a 240V plug socket and cabling for a further plug socket if required. Also has a battery charger that will charge the leisure battery when hooked up.
- 5 switch panel with 2 USB/12v outlet and battery condition indicator.
– Another 4 USB and 12v outlets.
- 6 LED ceiling lights

The van has tinted windows all round and has a side opening window on the drivers side to help with cooking and air circulation.
There is loads of storage space with large cupboards, space under the sofa and a separate side table with storage to give easy access.
All in all a very nice van which is well equipped and ready for adventure.

Seating and Sleeping:
– The sofa folds out to create a bed with the cushions creating a luxurious mattress.
– The cushions are made bespoke by Foam and Covers. These are firm and comfortable, and are finished in a luxurious and hard wearing fabric.
