Vauxhall Vivaro Sportive CDTI LWB
it good condition.
Added solar panels on the roof, brand new battery. Broken down once and got crank shaft pulley replaced last year as a result. It’s ran out of aircon gas. Major service two months ago revealed no issues or minors. Passed MOT past 3 years with no issues. I am the second owner, converted at 52k for tilers I believe. Runs perfectly, I absolutely love driving it as does my wife.
2017 LWB Vauxhall Vivaro self-build campervan with 71k miles. This has been our families pride and joy over the past two years. Built for trips to the surf and the mountains, we designed and built all of the interior from its previous owner who used it as a commercial van.
Fully insulated with removable black out, insulated window blinds included. Carpet on walls, laminate on floor and wood panel on the ceiling make it a luxurious and comfortable place to sit, relax and sleep. The integrated side storage make cooking equipment, food and plates, mugs etc., easily accessible. Combined with a fridge/freezer, sink and electric operated tap with clean and grey water tanks this is a fully functioning unit.
Solar panels and gel leisure battery provide enough electric for off-grid adventures, with enough to power to charge your phone, light the LED down lights or reading lights and keep your beers cold in the fridge for days. There is room on the panel and fuse board to add your own customised electrics.
The inside space is fully bespoke and adaptable. We integrated a removable seat so we could drive our two children and Labrador away, yet stow upright or remove to give us more room when camping. The bed is made up of panels under the seat that slot together. The mattress is made up of the seat cushions (which are removable and washable and stain resistant) that help form a small double with nook to the side. It fit us all on it sleeping more than a few times. Under the seats is ample storage space.
We are throwing in the bike rack that slots into the tow bar so you can take more away on your trips. I’ve bought new hubs for the wheels and cleaned, polished, painted and freshened up the interior so it looks brand new. The van had a new cambelt pulley last year, a brand new battery this week and passed its MOT without any issues or advisories. It had a major service last month with no issues either and it drives amazingly, with power and ease. We have a box of extras we can give you that were left over from the build, should you like them (carpet, rubber seals, electricals).
We have really loved and looked after this van and will be sad to see it go but we moving and need some money. It’s up for £22,500 but open to sensible offers.
Beds are custom using the sofa covers and slats to make a small double bed with additional nook. We have slept me my wife, 4 and 1 year old daughter and big Labrador all on the bed. Mattresses/sofa covers are machine washable and stain resistant. Tough wearing foam.
