Toyota Alphard 3.0 V6 4WD
The Toyota Alphard is a high-end people carrier, re-imported from Japan. Toyota has insulated the vehicle well (heat and sound). The windows are fitted with rain guards. So, you can keep them a little open over night.
Toyota’s legendary 3.0 V6 engine (1MZ-FE VVT-i) has 220 bhp. It is very reliable and it will last hundreds of thousand miles. With the auto gearbox, this is a very very relaxed and smooth ride with ample of power. This is the very rare 4-wheel-drive variant. So you can access remote places worry free whilst pulling heavy trailers with the fitted tow bar.
The vehicle is a 7-seater. We have currently removed 3 seats in the back. So this makes for a very capable transporter too. The back row of seats is included in this sale.
An Android Auto radio has been fitted for all the connectivity that you can think of. The air-conditioning for the back can be controlled separately from the front. Mood-lighting has been fitted by Toyota.
We have not fiddled with this car. It is as originally supplied by Toyota. All we did, is remove the original radio/camera system and fit the android radio instead.
The camper conversion can be removed. We fitted an easy to clean and rugged vinyl floor in the back. In the front, we use a carpet protector. We have full service history since the vehicle was imported from Japan in 2019.
The paintwork is excellent without rust. A small hole (4mm) on the driver seat has been patched. The alloy wheels are in good shape. We have fitted Michelin all-season tires. So, the next winter shall be no problem for you, especially not with the 4WD. MOT just done end of April 2023.

The conversion can easily be removed entirely or in parts. We fitted a plywood sheet underneath the rugged and easy to clean vinyl flooring. The off-the-shelf components are bolted into the plywood sheet. The following components (all from 2020) are part of this conversion:
– Sink unit: Campervan Pod Nano (Vangear) with 2x 5 liter and 2x 10 liter tanks (fresh and waste water). Operated with 12V.
– Compost toilet: Floozy “The Little Angel” (Strumpet & Trollop) – completely refurbished and painted in 2023 – better than new!
– Coolbox: TropiCool TCX 21 (Dometic). 20 liter. Very quiet and energy efficient (A++ rated) – this is not a cheap box! Can be operated from mains or 12V.
– Mattress: Dreamboat double 12.0 cm (Outwell). Self-inflating mattress from 2023.
– Blinds: Insulating blinds with summer or winter side. Specially fitted for this vehicle. Using suction cups (one missing). UK supplier: www.motorblinds.co.uk.
– AUX battery: LiFePO4 Battery powered portable Multi-Purpose Tire Inflator (Halfords). This powers the fresh water pump and some 12V sockets when stationary.
– Chairs: 2x fold-able chairs (Halfords).
The bed is 140cm x 200cm large. It is a self-inflating mattress from Outwell: Dreamboat double 12.0 cm thick. We purchased the original mattress in 2020 but it had a manufacturing defect. Subsequently, the mattress was replaced by Outwell in March 2023. So, this is brand new. The bed is very large and comfy for 2 adults! The self-inflating mattress is placed on top of the front and middle seats. Compost loo, sink pod and cooler box are still accessible at night. When driving, the mattress is deflated and rolled-up.
