Much loved off grid former library bus PRICE REDUCED

Wonderful very quirky van. Classed as 7.5 tonne but only weighs 3.5 tonne. Because of classification you need to have passed your test before 1997 to drive her or have a class c licence. Bathroom is currently a project – was intending to renovate and have bought a tin bath/shower and new boiler which will be included in price. Option to buy the surfboard hanging from the ceiling too! Solar panel fitted 2022 and fully working stove/ wood-burner 2021 provide wonderful off grid living. 2 berth – gorgeous comfy memory foam double bed plus a day bed which would suit a child. Very large garage with access from main cab. in addition to the aga there is also a gas hob and a mains fridge which we have not used as always been off grid. The pictures show the van was once white. Would be perfect as a quirky airbnb if you had the land. Will be sold with 12 months mot as due now (September 2024) and last one only had very minor advisories. Owned for 4 years and travelled all over UK and lived off grid in her in Cornwall and Hebden bridge. She does need some tlc internally and could do with re-painting and this is reflected in the price. Bodywork is sound with minimal rust and very low mileage and she loves being lived in/occupied which sadly we can’t do as much as we used to. Price is a guide and I am open to offers.
