Very unique - Bonnie the 1991 Vauxhall Midi

It is with great sadness that the wonderful Bonnie is looking for a new home as I am moving away.

She’s the ultimate quirky camper. She was hand fitted and decorated by one of her owners and truly is one of a kind. She is small enough to fit into a normal parking space but big enough for a comfy camping adventure.

I’ve had Bonnie for less than a year and had great plans for her, however I am moving away and cannot take her with me. We went on wonderful adventures and she is an absolute blast to drive.

Bonnie is a 1991 Vauxhall Midi Campervan with only 114 000 miles. Isuzu engine. She has manual gears; column shift (hence the really fun to drive). Engine located under the middle passenger seat.
2.1 Diesel. 2 Axel rigid Body.

She is fitted with 2 gas burning cooking hobs, grill, kitchen worktop and cupboards, new leisure battery by the previous owners last year, electric hook-up, sink and wardrobe, upholstered sofa seating with table, pull out double bed (no need to move the front seats to make the bed) and a large efficient cooler box that acts as a fridge for several days. Black out curtains, fitted Led lights (in different colours), pop up air vents to breathe in every cool camping spot you are in. Loads of storage space in Bonnie. 3 seats with seat belts and plenty space for visitors in the back when stationary.

Bonnie is a fixer upper, She is an older vehicle and has cosmetic rusty patches and bumps and lumps (she is 31 after all). I have had welding work done on rust around the wheel arches and body at the start of this year (2023). Has a service history and an MOT until March 2024.

Despite being a vintage vehicle she goes comfortably on the motorway at 70-80miles. I knew nothing about cars or older cars when I got her but have been learning and really enjoying the experience. She is a project van with work needed and defnitely needs a sand down and a new coat of paint, which I was going to do but wanted the work that has been done to be visible to the buyer.
