I am selling as I need to downgrade to a smaller sized van but I have been living in this vehicle with my partner since February and it has had continuing work done on the conversion since then. Even with lots of windows it stays very warm with the insulation and people inside of it – I will include the outside winter jacket that makes it very private and warm during the colder months. I am open to reasonable offers and viewings and happy to sell to the right person! Beautiful van with a cosy style and fit for all of your long and short term adventures!
Despite being an older van it has been very well looked after and has no problems. There is evidence of rusting which is natural due to the age of the van but both myself and the previous owner put a lot of work into keeping it up to spec (work documents availible on request).
Kitchen/worktop
There is plenty of space on the worktop to cook and prepare food on the dual campinggaz stove. There is a small sink located next to it with the water tank above – this was set up for off grid living so we did not want to fuss with electrics and water pumps so instead it has a water tap jerry.
A very large food cooler and storage box and a second Coleman fridge. This keeps food cold for two weeks with packs inside and has been a trusty source for long time off grid camping and short term trips.
Lots of storage and tins for all of your food needs in a vintage look workspace.
Up to 10L of water storage jerry cans and in tap.
Spare dining table/work table that folds out or removed for outside dining.
Bed
As mentioned the bed is a middle size between a double and king – it comfortably slept two people (one being 6’5″) with more space width wise and is fitted with a memory foam mattress. It pulls in and out easily for multi use – more floor space, sofa, seating, single sleeper.
Storage
There is lots of storage space underneath the bed due to the size of the vehicle for all of your needs. Includes storage boxes that fit underneath with wheels.
Basket storage for books/shoes/blankets both on the floor and above the bed.
Herb garden hanging planter – very useful for all your green needs.
Heating
Fully insulated around the van (floor included), 25-50mm board insulation.
Back window insulation pannels.

Full electrics (fitted by a professional) 12V across the van
