Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

1974 Mercedes-benz 307d 2.4l

I originally brought the van in September 2021 to go to a couple of festivals where from a young age i had always seen bullnose merc’s and here grew my desire to own one!

Since buying the van i have only used it on the odd occasion but now as festival season dawns again sadly my circumstances have change and i am in need of a bigger Lwb van with towing capacity which the 307d wouldn’t be able to manage.

She is a reliable van that’s never not started or broken down on me in the time I’ve owned her and will make a great camper for someone with the time.

Good points,

Mot and tax exempt but has always been looked after by the previous owner and myself and has been dry stored while in my ownership.

Only 57628 on the clock.

Oil change less than 1000 miles ago

All van lights working and have put really good bulbs in front lights

Bespoke Campervan conversion with solid oak worktop and beech window surrounds,

Working grill and oven and fridge with kitchen storage and cutlery draw

New lino floor

Loads of overhead and under seat storage for clothes, food etc

Bench seats that turn into large double bed with made to fit cushions

Working 12v lights and usb charging of leisure battery.

Comes with small solar panel to put on battery when parked to charge.

Original owners manual and some service history (Mot history available on gov.uk website)

Bad points,
Two rust patches on front arches and scrape on passenger side and ding on back rear right hand drivers side corner (check photo’s)

Fuel gauge not working have traced to the sender in the tank but haven’t had time to fix.

Front windows don’t open due to rails being rusted but have new ones on the way in the post and will hopefully be working and fixed before viewing,

Heater blower not working

Has water heater and grey waste tank but no sink so currently disconnected.

Will be sad to see her go but needs must and hope she will go to someone that loves and enjoys it as much as i have Viewing welcome but only on weekends as working in the week.
