50 Years old and still going strong! VW T2 Bay

Imported from California in 2009, this is Betty Blue, my beautiful, LHD, authentic campervan.
Being a vintage van, she doesn’t need an MOT and is tax free! She did however, have an MOT and service in June 2022. She’s a 2 litre, petrol, air cooled van. She had her engine removed recently and a great deal of updating and renewing including cylinder heads overhauled, new pistons, barrels, gaskets, exhaust, alternator…to name but a few! She runs like a dream! She had a new battery earlier in the year, she starts and runs perfectly ! A very reliable van with a little rust which you expect of a vehicle of this age but nothing serious and priced accordingly.
Betty Blue has a pop top with a single hammock bunk and an additional hammock bunk bed that goes over the front seats aswell as the usual rock and roll bed. There is a solar panel on the roof which supplies lights and USB sockets for charging phones etc. She comes with a winter cover and the original sink/fridge which I have never used due to it’s poor condition but could be renovated.
