3 owners only, regularly serviced (service book available), original owner’s manual. Invalid MOT, expired in Oct 2023 β we’ve been living abroad for 2 years and haven’t been back to take her through MOT. Never had an issue with it previously though, only small repairs.
Drives smoothly and beautifully! I’m a compact girl with short arms and legs, yet I have no issue driving for 800km / 600 miles in a day π Windows all-over, and added mirrors side and back means that there is no dead angle. Excellent visibility through the side windows when looking over your shoulder to overtake, both on left- and right-hand roads.
Is it a tiny house? Is it a co-working space? Is it a disco? It’s a large full-time motorhome, ideal for 2-ppl off-grid living. Drives beautifully. Regretfully selling as we have moved abroad and can’t it with us π . We took a deposit to sell it last year (on this platform) but the sale fell through as the buyer couldn’t sell his home in the end. So it’s back on the market. See video in link for full tour.
Original built (incl. original heater, water system) but modernised: the heavy U-shaped living room was turned into a L-shaped sofa + work station. Raised flooring to create garage/storage. Removed some of the heavy wood cabinets with light, modular shelving. New laminate flooring, painted cabinets, refreshed bathroom with new shower, new two-burner gas hob, new deep sink with pull-out modern taps.
Specs:
– 114l (25 gallons) fresh water tank with electric pump (12v/240v)
– 36l (8 gallons) water waste tank
– original Cascade water heater with 9l (2 gallons) capacity
– original Truman gas space heater with electric fan
– new 250kw German-made solar panel with MPPT charge controller and 300W inverter
We haven’t used it in 2023-2024 so buyer’s discretion is advised re: small repairs that might be required, as well as upgrades (eg drawers could be added, cabinets could be improved etc). Maybe some skylight/shades need replacing in the next 2 years.
1 over-the-cabin double bed (1.8m x 1.2m) and 1 double bed that can be assembled in the lounge (1.98m x 1.47m).
(Additionally 1 bed could easily be set-up in the front, and there’s space on the floor for an additional mattress, so could sleep 6)
