Volkswagen Caddy Maxi Camper Adventure Van

A beautiful camper conversion completely hand made by two experienced carpenters. We have just given the van full refresh in the back so it is a like new conversion. We’ve travelled the UK and France in this van it has been an excellent reliable adventure vehicle. Unique, solid UK grown hardwoods and recycled ply used throughout the build. Solid oak pull out bed also folds up against the wall for full use of the load space. Lots of storage throughout the van – 2 large drawers under the bed, cupboards along the side and shelves against the bulkhead. Natural and recycled materials used throughout the van build where possible- for example wool insulation and cork lined interior instead of foam insulation and polyester carpet lining found in most vans.
4 commercial roof bars painted black, can hold 70kg per bar.

A 10L water container with a tap fits in the unit next to the sliding door, and another 20L water container can be secured with the bungee at the end of the bed for longer trips, these can be included in the sale if you’d like them. For cooking we have always used a Trangia gas stove on the rear door tables, it fits perfectly in the drawers under the bed when not in use along with its cookware set and plenty of room for dry goods and spices.

12V electrical system- 120Ah leisure battery, split charge from the alternator, multiple lighting options, 3xUSB A and 1xUSB C charging sockets.
