This is a one of a kind campervan with exceptionally low mileage – they are so rare! With just 17,000 miles on the clock this beauty is ready for some awesome trips!
2L TDI engine in excellent condition
New Clean MOT to 15th July 2022 with no advisories
Full service history: Service undertaken at 7000 miles and the indicator in the van shows next service in 14,000 miles or 300 days.
6 gear manual
Diesel
Bluetooth connection
Radio
Bodywork is in excellent condition. The vinyls have been added for aesthetic appeal and can be removed or added to should you wish.
With such low mileage the MOT man commented he’s not seen a cleaner one both inside and out! This has been kept extremely well and has never been used for building purposes.
3 belted seats in beautiful condition as have been under fitted covers for their life so far!
The front cab area is immaculate as one would expect from such low use. It really is a beauty.

Conversion Description

This conversion has been lovingly hand crafted by myself, a fully qualified Carpenter and previous employment with VanLife Ltd – a specialist van conversion company. It is a brand new conversion.
The front cab area is completely immaculate and I have left the bulk head in place. This means you have the original factory fitted 3 seats which have been very lightly used.
This campervan is a 2/3 berth camper. Happily suiting 2 adults or able to also host a child with a travel cot / dog with its own bed should you wish.
There is loads of storage as I imagined this campervan to travel all over Europe given its low mileage – it is ready for some big trips!
Please note I have chosen to create a distressed quirky look to the bulkhead panelling, but this could be altered to any chosen solid colour should you prefer.

Kitchen – All units have been firmly secured to the vehicle and have a magnet system in place to prevent them from opening in transit. The worktop has been finished with kitchen grade worktop oil.
Living space – The sofa is designed for two people and the pull out table is rather large and useful! You can choose how far you wish to pull the table out.

12v Electrics – I have installed 2 x 110amp leisure batteries which are charged via a split charge relay when travelling or the large 200W German monocrystaline rigid solar panel on the roof. This is ideal for when the van is not in use as your leisure batteries will always remain topped up without effort.
12v Smad Fridge located inside the tall unit and this also switches to 240V when on site.
12v USB sockets for charging.
12v Spot lights
12v LED lights around the mountain on the wall as an evening mood light
12v water pump and microswitched tap.

240V electrics – there is hook up to the rear of the van and a 240V fuse board. I am including a cable for this also.
There are then 2 double sockets to the Kitchen area
Futura heating unit with remote control so you can use it from bed if you need to.
240v Smad fridge (also switches to 12v for travelling purposes)

Water – There is a fresh and waste water container located under the sink to use when travelling. You could easily add extra fresh water containers to swap in should you wish to travel with more.
Gas – Camping Gaz 907 refillable bottle and a 2 burner hob.

There is a huge storage space under the bed as only the batteries are located under the bed. I have added an access door to this space from the main living area also.

The van is fully insulated. I have installed an opening window to the Kitchen area and a fixed window to the sliding door. These have privacy glass. Please note I will be fitting the curtains tomorrow ahead of viewings.

There is no gas sign off as I have the Camping Gaz bottle with it’s regulator connected directly to the hob, similar to a T5 conversion set up.
I have not weighed the vehicle as I do believe well within range, however this could be arranged if needed.
The vehicle has not been reclassified as a ‘Motor Caravan’ as after speaking to the DVLA the Police have changed their classification requirements for this classification. It must look like a typical motorhome bought from a motorhome showroom in order to require adjusting. No van conversions will be accepted in the future so I have not reclassified it.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Beds Description

The double bed is classed as a ‘shortie double’ size. So suits up to 5ft10 height.
There is room in the kitchen area for a travel cot to be placed and then stored under the bed.
