New gates cambelt and water pump I always serviced it in my ownership within the last 6 thousand miles it had a new clutch front wheel bearings rear break cylinder also have a spare. Just over Two years ago redone the lower skirt panels in galvanized also cut out all the rust replaced with new metalwork bonnet the wings foot well rear wheel arch, lower of sliding door changed both rear doors, custom roof rack and painted in anti-rust military paint I have photos to prove the work was done.
It’s been always in a lockup or under cover since I’ve had it about 10 years.
When I got the van fully striped then inside sanded any rust to metal then anti rust treatment the 50mm celotex in walls and at least 30mm in roof and floor 4mm ply walls the pine cladding I used and all the future I tried to make light as possible the worktops are oak.
Been in hot weather and stays pretty cool and Scotland in winter and was very cosy with the diesel heater.
