Volkswagon LT35 2.5TDI LWB High Top
VW LT35 2.5TDI Campervan
Here is my much loved and trusty LT35. I fully converted back in 2018 and it has been a great van for road tripping in and small periods of living in! I am now studying a masters degree so am after something a bit smaller to get around in!
– 2001 Long wheel base LT35, with bullet proof 5-speed 2.5TDI motor – starts on the button, even throughout winter!
– 179,410 miles
– MOT until June 2024
– Digital radio with bluetooth/ USB/ aux connection.
– Arches and skirts have been welded and re-sealed.
– Blower does not currently work, have had it looked at and needs a new switch on dash.
– Due to age there are some body knocks and a few small rusty spots which is to be expected, but nothing critical!
– Fully sound deadened, foil lined and insulated.
– 300W Solar panel and 200Ah battery storage – has never run out, even in winter in Scotland!
– Split recharge relay from starter battery.
– 240V hook up point and pure-sine inverter able to run off 12V system, powering multiple sockets.
– Huge king size bed (comes with mattress) which can be removed to allow for transportation of large objects (see pics!) – I designed it to be able to move my motorbike. Floor anchors positioned appropriately!
– Seating area can be made up into secondary bed (see pics), so van can transport and sleep 3!
– Full kitchen with sink, running water (10L fresh and 10L waste capacity) and Thetford stove and oven with 7kg gas bottle in rear.
– Digital radio in back with bluetooth/usb/aux connection and awesome sound system including pumping sub under seat!
– Loads and loads of storage under the bed, under seating area and in over head lockers.
– Rear garage area, accessible from back doors great for chucking kit in!
– Big Heki skylight, with black out blind and fly net.
– One off custom roof rack and rear ladder!

On the whole this van is an awesome camper which I have had some great times in. If you’re looking for something to use as a camper every now and then, or for full van life then look no further!
