Campervan was converted in April 2021 to a professional standard:

 Propex Heatsource 2000 12V (works brilliantly in a small space – we did a UK xmas sub 0°C.)

 Installation certified by a gas-safe engineer
 LPG Cylinder sits in secure gas locker with drop-vents to bottom of the van
 Carbon Monoxide alarm

Note: Cost to refill the bottle: £10-15 at your nearest LPG station. In summer we used less than ½ a bottle in three months travelling through warmer climates. In UK winter with the heating on full blast the cylinder will need to be refilled every 10-14 days.

 3 x 130Ah Leoch AGM Superior Lead Carbon batteries (SLCA-12130 DT) = 390Ah capacity
 2 x 175W solar panels = 350W Solar capacity
 Dual-charging system: Solar panels & split-charge from alternator
 600W inverter suitable for charging laptops, travel kettle, blender etc.
 7 under cupboard puck lights, 6 dimmable ceiling lights

 Vitrifrigo 35L Portable Fridge/Freezer (VF35P) – can confirm will keep your beers icy cold. Fridge slides out from under the long bench.

Note: We over-sized the electricity system so we would never have to ration energy needs. During the summer months the panels would have us fully topped up by 10-11AM.

 Pull-out extra-long sofa bed measuring 214cm * 110cm
 Child’s bed 125 cm * 60cm suitable for kids up to 3-4yrs w. detachable cot rail
 Main bed can be extended to width of van (180cm) if not using infant’s bed

 Full insulation to keep you toasty in summer and cool in winter – it works! Kingspan insulation boards for floor, Sheep wool for walls/ceiling
 Cabinets made from 12mm plywood and MDF
 Twin solid oak countertops with built in cooker and sink
 Plentiful storage: huge area above the cab, 7 x overhead cabinets, 9 x kitchen drawers
 Dining table stored in rear door. Secret draw for valuables
 FIAMMA roof vent/fan w. touch controls. Extracts air whilst cooking/showering and blows in air for cooling
 Skylight towards rear of van critical for ventilation and two-way airflow during warmer summer nights.

Final note from us:
We have absolutely loved our adventures in the van but it’s now time to part ways as our family has recently expanded and we don’t have enough seats in the van for us all now. It’s the perfect setup for full-time van life or weekend exploring and with the three-berth it would be suitable for a couple or a small family of three.
