Hi,
Our journey to campervan converters has come from our combined construction experience and lifestyle choices. As a qualified electrician and experienced joiner john and i teamed up to start Glas Wolf so we could put our passions for high quality craftsmanship and functionality into our daily work life.
We use classic joinery techniques where possible to create unique designs using a range of materials. Our favourite being natural wood we bring together our ideas with lightweight design to create visually stunning finishes with maximum functionality. We always try to include some kind of wooden art work or wall design into our vans as we do in our normal joinery projects. We love angles and striking contrasts especially when in real hardwood.
One thing that does stand out in our builds is our hand made worktops, by choosing to buy timber and make our own work tops from raw materials we can keep the thickness of material and therefore the weight down without sacrificing quality and beauty.
We also pride ourselves on always having our clients involved as much as they want to be in the design process and we give as much time as we possibly can to help them to decide on every aspect of the build whether, from choosing the van itself all the way to recommending products to keep the worktops looking great forever!
