Located in Newton Abbot, South Devon, Home Sweet Campers Ltd is the creation of Gareth and Katie. Since 2018, we’ve been dedicated to building bespoke, sustainable, and characterful campervans that are built to last. In 2024, we proudly moved into our new workshop, where we continue to turn dreams into reality for camper enthusiasts like you.
At Home Sweet Campers, we specialize in crafting custom conversions tailored to your needs. We love working with medium and long wheelbase vans like Citroen Relays, Masters, and Sprinters, but we’re always up for a challenge and happy to convert smaller vans too. Whether you’re looking for a full build or just need help with specific jobs—like fitting windows, roof vents, log burners, or awnings—we’re here to help.
Our commitment to quality doesn’t stop when your van rolls out of our workshop. We offer a 12-month warranty on all conversion parts, along with ongoing support long after that period has ended. We believe in creating lasting relationships with our customers, so you’ll always know where to find us if you need assistance further down the line.
We understand that everyone has a different budget. Having once bought an old van in Australia ourselves, we know what it’s like to work within constraints. We’d love to welcome you to our friendly workshop in Newton Abbot, just outside of Exeter. We’re only a 20-minute walk from the train station, and we’re happy to pick you up when you arrive or drop you off after your visit. And once your van is complete, why not explore the beautiful surroundings? Dartmoor is just a short drive away, and so are the stunning beaches of Teignmouth, Torquay, and Dawlish.
