From the early phases, critique and passion are at the forefront. It’s not just the finished van that’s a goal for us, if you were to peel back every layer of the build, you’d see co-coordination and care throughout. We only allow durable, critically thought-out and rigorously tested vans leave our workshop which is why we offer a 3 year guarantee on all of our work within the conversion. Professionalism is regularly discussed at our workshop and each van receives just that.
Our team love working with new materials regularly that offer a lightweight alternative to a modern yet rustic feel. Our experienced carpenter has a great eye for detail that makes every van a unique place to settle.
We welcome people for a visit before every build to meet the team and see where their van receives its transformation into something special.Our usual process consists of the following:
- A phone call to discuss customer ideas and Risecamper suggestions.
- A in-person or video meeting consultation where an initial quotation is created and 3D model.
- A 5% deposit is taken to secure a building slot and specific 3D design is created for the van incl. a working document and mood board.
- Quotation finalised and 60% taken which starts the build!
- Weekly photos, videos and updates of the build process and visits whenever you like!
- Your ready is ready for collection or delivery and the real journey begins.
- We look forward to receiving photos and videos of your adventures!
