At Vanart we have over 10 years experience converting vehicles. We are passionate about it! We understand everyone has different needs and different dreams. These days people want more from their campervans. It may need to be a full time live in vehicle or perhaps just a real home from home. We work with your vehicle and your ideas to design and build a camper that not only looks great but travels great.

Our core team specialise in carpentry, joinery, metal work, mechanics and design. We have also been trained in 12v and solar install and are confident in providing safe and efficient systems of all sizes. Fabrication, body work and paint jobs are also available.

Vanart (previously STS Van conversions) started with large scale conversions. We built catering trucks for TV and film companies, we’ve converted 18 tonne trucks,double decker buses and 4 x 4 overlanders into homes on wheels. Now we specialise in van conversions (although we still love a big project).

We LOVE wood! If you want that wayney worktop we can make it for you.If you’d like some antique wooden feature pieces we will source them for you (a particular interest of ours). We also use light weight plywood structurally to reduce the weight of your camper meaning more miles to the gallon.

At Vanart we work to ensure the concepts, aesthetics, atmosphere and practical elements of your design combine in harmony. Your design can be urban rustic, scandanavian or a modern blend of whatever you’d like . Fancy a yoga decking on the roof: we can do that. A bath tub under the bed perhaps? No problem (already done that!!) Whatever your vision we will design, cost and ultimately build the van you are dreaming of.
